How Matching Works
You send a request or call. You tell us what you see, where you live and how urgent it feels. We pass that to a local provider in our network who handles that kind of work in your area.
Small details help. If you can, mention where the main shutoff valve is, whether water is still running, and which drains are slow. A provider can use those notes to plan what to bring to the job.
Availability varies. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers in our network to be clear and straightforward with homeowners. That means:
- Explain the problem in plain words.
- Give a quote in writing before work starts.
- Explain any change in price before moving ahead.
- Hold the licenses and insurance their local rules require.
You should still check these things yourself. Ask to see them.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not perform plumbing work.
- We do not set prices. The provider does.
- We do not decide insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
- We do not force you to hire anyone. You can say no.
How We Are Paid
