How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Everywherebid Plumbing should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- How your call or contact with Everywherebid Plumbing went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber we connected you with
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Everywherebid Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@everywherebid.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Finally, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with the plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
