Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use cover how you use everywherebid.living and the services Everywherebid Plumbing offers through it. When you browse the site, call the number on it or submit a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Everywherebid Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not do plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer work or repairs ourselves, and we are not part of any deal you strike with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about when they can come, how fast they respond, what work they do or how it turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and with your insurer.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse the site, get in the way of how it runs, or try to enter parts of it you are not allowed to reach.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach out about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@everywherebid.living.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this site belong to Everywherebid Plumbing or those who license it to us. Do not copy it or reuse it for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Everywherebid Plumbing is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
